ELECTION TO EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
The Annual General Meeting of EPIC will take place at 0930 on Friday 1st October 2010 at The Willis Building, Lime Street, London.
Rule 19 of the Constitution requires that the members at an Annual General Meeting of the Association shall elect no more than eight members of the Association who will be responsible for the management of the organisation. The election may be by a show of hands or by a secret ballot as determined by the meeting.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
An Annual General Meeting of the Executive Committee will be held within two days of the Annual General Meeting. There will be elected from within the committee, a Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary.

Agostino von Hassell is a military historian and business executive.
Agostino von Hassell was born in 1953 in Bonn, Germany and grew up in Rome and Brussels. His great-grandfather, Grand Admiral Alfred von Tirpitz, built Germany's Imperial Fleet prior to World War One. His paternal grandfather, German Ambassador Ulrich von Hassell, was executed after participating in an assassination attempt on Hitler on July 20, 1944. His maternal grandfather, Lt. General Bogislav von Studnitz, first commander of Paris in World War Two, was assassinated on order of Hitler in January 1943. His father, Ambassador Wolf Ulrich von Hassell, was one of the first two Ambassadors of the Federal Republic of Germany to serve at the United Nations.
